What is your story and what makes you tick?

Amy and Charlie started the company about 7 years ago in Oxford before moving onto Amy’s family farm in the far west of Cornwall. Amy is a classically trained chef and amateur sheep farmer. Charlie is an event’s organiser and amateur cocktail maker. Great food and drink are certainly one of the many things that make them both tick. Amy also enjoys watching the storms at Sennen Cove and partying like its 1999... Whereas Charlie prefers walking the dog around the coast, foraging and reading by the fire.

White Radish can offer a flexible, tailor made seasonal wedding day menu to suit you, or they also have a number of tasty set menu options to choose from. You can have anything from a drop off luxury wedding hamper to a private chef come to your venue and cook you a mouth-watering meal for two.!

The core values of White Radish are to create beautiful and delicious food using seasonal, homegrown, foraged and locally sourced ingredients. Supporting small, artisan producers in the local communities around West Penwith is at the heart of what White Radish does. White Radish specialises in British / French classical cooking and are best known for their elegant canapes served on eye-catching interactive boards and floral trays. Amy has a few signature dishes, one of which is her insanely yummy Cornish Bouillabaisse using fresh local fish. Charlie specialises in making liqueurs, cordials and syrups using foraged ingredients and baking scrummy cakes and desserts.

If you are looking for simple, fuss free food where you can just enjoy some of Cornwall’s incredible produce without having to go to too much effort, I would recommend either one of the gorgeous wedding hampers, which can be dropped off to your accommodation and set up ready for your return. Or the luxury drop-off fridge food which is freshly prepared in the White Radish farm kitchen especially for you. All you need to do is pop it in the oven whenever you are ready and voila!! With both these options White Radish also offer the addition of a luscious bespoke single tier wedding cake for two.
